So Sincere Soaps are handcrafted with natural ingredients and have a limited shelf life. We will guarantee one year from the purchase date. Please keep in mind the aroma of certain essential oils and colorants will diminish over time once exposed to air. We recommend our customers to use soaps and body care products within one year of date of purchase. For a longer storage, store soaps in a cool and dry place. Avoid excessive heat or exposure to direct sunlight.
Our top priority is the health and safety of each customer, where we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small area of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use. So Sincere Soaps will not make claims in diagnosing or treating any medical conditions nor replace the advice or care of a certified health professional.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship to all 51 US states, normally within 3-5 business days via US Postal Service. So Sincere Soaps is not responsible for the lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. We are responsible for packages marked "Delivered".
NONDELIVERABLE & INCORRECT ADDRESS & REFUSED SHIPMENT
Please provide the correct shipping address. If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If So Sincere Soaps makes an error, then we will absorb the additional fees.
ADDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Make sure your order is carefully checked prior to check out. Changes will not be made once your order has been placed. To add more products, another order must be placed. Cancelled orders that have already been processed but not shipped will incur a % restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the intimate nature of So Sincere Soaps, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or credits on personal care related items. All sales are final. We want our customers to be happy, so please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering.
DAMAGE & SHORTAGES
If your package was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Do not discard the damaged packaging. In the event, the carrier would like to inspect the box and its contents thoroughly. You must follow shipper's guidelines for reporting suspected damage, or we will not be able to honor reimbursement or replacement of damaged goods. Please call or email us upon receipt of your order if your package arrives incomplete, or if you received an incorrect item. Photos may be required. Failure to notify or contact So Sincere Soaps will void any responsibility we previously had.
